Recent Experience

Jessica completed an Arts/Law degree with Honours in the year 2000. She worked at Clayton Utz lawyers before commencing work as a Judges’ Associate in the NSW Court of Appeal, NSW Court of Criminal Appeal and the Supreme Court.

As the CEO and Practice Manager of Silberstein & Associates, Jessica has a vision for creating a law firm that utilizes the latest in digital technology to service its clients. She has implemented a cloud-based practice management platform which enables S&A’s clients to interact and collaborate with our lawyers in the most secure cloud environment currently available.

Jessica is a passionate advocate of women in the legal profession and encourages a workplace that embraces diversity. In 2016 she was nominated as Female Executive of the Year in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards.
