I have a passion for patent law as well as the protection of intellectual property rights. My background in science provides me with leading industry knowledge in the field of biomedical science and the unique ability to approach problems with a critical mindset.

Recent Experience

Before undertaking his Juris Doctor of Law at the University of Technology Sydney, Ben was engaged in pursuing a scientific career.

He worked as a research scientist in the fields of neurobiology, virology and molecular biology. It was whilst completing his honours thesis at UNSW in Medical Science, that Ben developed an interest in the commercialisation and protection of scientific innovations and made the decision to combine his passion for science with a career in the Law.

Ben specialised in patent law and the protection of intellectual property rights during his JD. He is excited to be starting his legal career at S&A.
